Client proof · EasyOpto
From a single provider to a system back under control.
SAS EasyOpto: three continuing-education providers for eye-care and hearing professionals, EasyOpto (optics), AideOphta (ophthalmology) and EasyAudio (hearing aids). Four people, a CRM and a mobile application at the heart of daily work.
EasyOpto: radically a before and an after.
Before
The whole software chain depended on a single provider: every change took over a month, the mobile application was blocked and the signing key was lost.
In between
One conversation, one proposal, three workstreams in parallel: overhaul and securing of the CRM, repair of the mobile application, takeover of the infrastructure. One rule: the client remains the owner.
After
The applications are in production from EasyOpto’s own repository. The director tests and deploys without an intermediary.
« I talked with Sylvain. He listened carefully, he came back with a proposal, he moved to action. I was stunned by the new ecosystem my company was projected into: there is radically a before and an after. Today, clearly, anything is possible! The icing on the cake: a whole batch of blocked training requests that my assistant and I discovered, and that accelerated everything in the way we serve our students and clients. »
