Will this disrupt my team?
No. The work is non-intrusive: short interviews, document review and observation. There is no HR audit and no judgement of individuals. Daily work continues while you gain a map of your dependencies and a prioritised action plan.
How much does it cost?
The focused assessment costs €750, with no VAT to add (French small-business exemption), and is deducted from the wider engagement if you continue. It shows where you stand and whether further work is worthwhile. Any next step is quoted against a scope agreed together. If the assessment does not identify gains greater than its cost, you are not billed.
