Understand the workflow.
Where does the information come from? Which tool is the source of truth? Who needs to act or approve? We identify the useful exchanges and the points where work gets stuck.
Customers, teams, suppliers, projects: information often passes through several applications. We work with you to organise these exchanges, reduce duplicate entry and build a system that fits your business.
A file stalls, a team copies data, an approval stays in an email. We start with that specific handover and the people who deal with it.

An existing feature, a connection between applications or custom development: we compare the options before building. Your tools stay in place where they meet the need.
Access, controls, testing, documentation and onboarding are defined with your teams. The system should be usable, understandable and ready to hand over.
Illustrative example: a request reaches the project tracking tool, then the people involved. Each step retains the information and approvals it needs.
If data is missing or an exchange fails, an alert and a recovery path are planned. The workflow is adapted to the way you work.

“There is a radical before and after.”

Business management, customer or team tracking, purchasing, documents and specialist software: feasibility depends on the available interfaces, access rights and data. We check these before agreeing the scope.
No. We first review the features already available. An adjustment or a connection between two tools may be enough. Custom development makes sense when a useful need remains unmet.
We define the necessary access rights, the information exchanged and the required approvals. Tests cover normal operation and the agreed exceptions before launch. Hosting, backups and responsibilities are specified for each project.
It can help prepare or analyse less structured content. It is not needed for every connection. Sources, limitations and human checks are defined when a use case warrants it.
The timeline depends on the tools, access, data and number of exchanges to build. An initial 30-minute conversation is free. If a diagnostic is useful, it is offered at €750; its scope and deliverables are agreed together. Implementation is quoted separately, with a timeline agreed before work begins.
Let’s start with a real exchange between your teams and your tools.
